With experience in behavioral health, post acute care, residential programs, and multi site healthcare operations, Moishe brings a hands on approach to evaluating opportunities, supporting operators, and building long-term value. His focus is on simple, respectful deal structures; strong operational foundations; and strategic growth.
Moishe works directly with owners and operators who are considering a sale, succession, recapitalization, or long-term partnership. Every conversation is confidential, honest, and aligned with the goal of helping healthcare providers succeed.
Director of Operations & Compliance
Sarah Levine
Sarah oversees operational systems, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across Vertex Healthcare Partners’ portfolio. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, senior care, and residential programs, she supports operators in strengthening compliance, licensing, utilization management, and staff training systems.
Prior to joining Vertex, Sarah held leadership roles in multi site behavioral health organizations, focusing on accreditation readiness, payor audits, and program development. She brings a hands on, practical approach to improving operations and maintaining high standards of care.
Director of Strategy & Growth
Jonathan Perez
Jonathan leads strategic planning, market analysis, and growth initiatives for Vertex Healthcare Partners. His work focuses on identifying expansion opportunities, evaluating new acquisitions, and supporting operators in launching new service lines and locations.
Before Vertex, Jonathan advised healthcare providers and private equity backed platforms in post acute care, addiction treatment, and ancillary medical services. He brings a strong analytical framework and a collaborative, operatorfirst mindset to each engagement.
Finance & Integration Lead
Emily Ross, CPA
Emily manages financial diligence, integration, reporting systems, and budgeting processes for new and existing Vertex partnerships. She ensures smooth transitions during acquisitions and supports operators in strengthening financial controls, billing workflows, and performance tracking.
Emily previously worked in healthcare finance and public accounting, specializing in behavioral health care organizations. Her disciplined approach helps owners gain clarity, improve margins, and build sustainable financial structures.
